Robin Walker

Robin Walker was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas, obtaining his degree in The Bachelor of Science and Business Administration. He began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1982 and has served as branch manager for Morgan Stanley and Walnut Capital Management in Springfield, MO. He founded Walker Asset Management in 2016 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He often says he has the best clients in the world and truly enjoys working to enable his clients to meet their financial goals. He has been married to his wife Tammie since 1979. Robin and Tammie have three children and five grandchildren. He loves to spend time with his grandchildren, travel and is fascinated with history.
Molly Crider

Molly was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. She attended Drury University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Molly began working with Robin Walker at Morgan Stanley in 2003. She assisted Robin in founding Walker Asset Management in 2016 and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She lives in Aurora, MO, with her husband, Wes. Molly and Wes have three children who keep them very busy. Molly loves to travel, especially to National Parks, and enjoys working outside and New Orleans Saints football.
Leeandra Ennes
Operations Manager
Originally from Connecticut, Leeandra moved to Southwest Missouri in 1992 and earned her degree as a Computer Applications Specialist. She spent nearly 20 years in Purchasing, gaining deep experience in systems, logistics, and client service.
Leeandra joined Walker Asset Management in January 2022 and now serves as Operations Manager. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure the firm runs smoothly and that clients receive efficient, reliable support.
She and her husband, Ben, have been married since 2006 and have one daughter, Frankie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, puzzling, and floating on Table Rock Lake.

Andrew Walker

Born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas, Andrew Walker grew up with a deep appreciation for family, community, and the value of hard work. Some of his favorite memories include attending Razorback games with his grandfather—a man who not only helped shape his love of tradition but also inspired his career in finance. Watching his grandfather work with clients and build lasting relationships taught Andrew that financial advising is about more than numbers—it's about trust, responsibility, and showing up for people.
Now serving as a Portfolio Analyst at Walker Asset Management, Andrew is proud to carry on that legacy. Outside the office, he finds connection and peace in the outdoors—hiking, floating, fishing, and listening to music, especially in places that remind him of his late father. Driven by a strong sense of responsibility and respect for the path paved before him, Andrew is committed to helping clients feel cared for and confident in their financial journey.
